I am usually pretty understanding, things happen. Your retainer is not refundable if you cancel for any reason the agreed time and date in the contract. I am usually, willing to move your retainer to a different day with a small fee.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
No, as signed in your contract. This fee holds your date to insure I do not book another client at that particular time. If you choose to go a different direction, your retainer is not refundable to cover any financial loss for reserving that date.
Is our retainer Refundable?
I don't photoshop any of my clients in any of the images. As I consider myself a documentary, lifestyle photographer. Small temporary blemishes is all I usually tweak. I’m here to capture and celebrate you and your authentic truest selves, not create an unrealistic or fake appearance. I truly believe everyone is beautiful and worth celebrating and doesn’t need photoshop to look good.
Can you photoshop?
Yes, and No. I specialize in Children/Family photography thats where my heart is but if you are wanting something else and I feel like we could be a good fit, I am always up for doing a few different things as well.
Do you only focus on Children photography?
No, the reason for this summed up in a short answer is my photography is like artwork. When I take photos I imagine each one in my head and how I would likely edited each photo. Giving you an unedited photo would be like giving you a color by number and hoping you show my art the way I would.
Can I have the unedited photos?
Yes! I love to work with people and ensuring they get what they want at a budget they can afford. I know that getting photos can be expensive but it doesn't have to be stressful. Let me know and we can work something out that will help you and me.
Payment Plans?
Each package varies anywhere from 40-50 digital edited photos minimum. I always over send, I rarely send just the minimum amount but that is what you are promised. Turn around time is usually 2-3 weeks for lifestyle packages.
